Hi, I have enjoyed your amazing contents a lot in the last few months, thanks for all your work.
Watching one of Dr Seiler’s videos on his YouTube channel, I came across W’ (or %HRR/%6MMP) and I was wondering if you could expand on it. He seems to use it as a recovery check tool, showing his ramp warm-up before every session to see whether he is recovered or not. He seems to highlight that a W’ of 1.0 is ideal for recovery, but I was wondering whether that applies just to him and his physiological values, or that should be the ideal number for everyone. I am consistently around 1.2 on easy rides and was wondering whether that is a norma value for me or it is a sign that I am chronically under-recovered. Thanks for answering
