Training guidance based on lactate profile

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask if someone can help to look at my lactate data profile (hr and power) from my last ramp test ?
I use ExPhyslab but not sure about LT1 and LT2 from the different methods…
Also based on the results what I need to work to progress long term…

I’m no expert on this topic. I just bought a lactate analyzer and am looking forward to using it. I wasn’t aware of the ExPhysLab tool so thanks for sharing it.
