I was really impressed with how he thought about his training and how he changed as he went through different parts of his life. I came away with a high regard for Nils’ intelligence. Long but worth a listen.

100% agree. I had heard of his text in other training podcast. And then I watched the interview with Dr. Seiler, and I was really impressed with his way of thinking about training and just life in general. Definitely recommend this interview!
