I found the recent article very helpful, particularly the example warm up.
I was surprised the article didn’t suggest cadence targets.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the example warm up at what cadence the different intervals should be executed?
I find being over age 60 that it me longer to warmup for an event. I like a few high cadence efforts at zone 2 to get going, then OG at zone 3, 2:00 at LT, and 2x :25s efforts at zone 6. Takes about 30 minutes but I’m good to go.

I’ve been doing a combination of Menachem Brodie inspired “dynamic warmup” (off bike), followed by on the bike “Team Sky” warmup for Zwift races and this has been working VERY WELL for me.
