Hill Sprints – After a good solid warm-up, go to a hill that enables you to sprint for 15 seconds right when you hit the base of the hill/climb. Ride about 12-15mph into a hill using a fairly light gear. EXPLODE into the hill as HARD AS POSSIBLE. Keep your effort consistent, and again use a easier gear than you think. It ought to become harder and harder the further up the hill you go. These are to be done OUT OF THE SADDLE. Turn around and ride easy for 5 min. Repeat 6-8 Reps Complete the rest of the ride in an aerobic zone.
