Thanks for posting your 5x5 workout, Trevor. Is there any value to doing more of these, or taking a recovery break and doing a second set? Or is there a diminishing return to doing more? Thank you!

There’s diminishing returns with any workout. In this case, it’s a pretty rapid loss in benefit. I’ll sometimes add a sixth interval, but I personally believe that the cost-benefit isn’t worth doing a second set. Extra gains are going to be minimal, but there’s a big cost in recovery
