Over and At Threshold


Does anyone remember the podcast episode number and female rider who described the 15 minute workout of 3 intervals of 4.5 minutes at threshold, 30 seconds over, 30 seconds rest and repeat. I would really like to listen to this again to write down the workout. Interviewed by @chris.
