Moxy Data , divergence btw Row/Bike

After all 3 tests I did, I couldn’t identify what LT1 - LT2 would be (maybe forcing a limiter on some, but it wasn’t clear to me)

But it ended up making me confused about the difference in using the two.

Would that be a problem? Because the next tests would be on a Ski and FanBIke

in the rower i make some mistakes , I didn’t do the calibration and I reduced the intervals because I wouldn’t be able to handle the volume and certain watts

decided by jumps of 25W , started a easy pace

For SPIN bike , after 2 days I tried to make fewer mistakes

did a calibration
3 min at 100bpm
1min rest
2 min at RPE6/10
1 min rest
20-30sec of RPE 9/10

then (Step 5 - STEP 1) /4 = Watts each step

This will give me a 70W steps!! , So in the second stage i decided is too much ( of course),and reduce to 25W, but also did a mistake too prolong my steps(duration) until the final step ( an error , because certainly with shorter intervals at the end I would be able to go further in the test

  • Smo2 a increase AFTER calibration , than stable, and little decline in the last one?

SO i will do a 2k Row , and want to do with moxy , almost week later, because the trends is very diffrent of each other

In this one , i certain put the device in the same sopot i did with the bike and same procedure , still got me some " Zeros/blackouts" , especially at the end of the 2km that I couldn’t move

Someone can help me understand what could happen?

@Susigan Hello, do you have the files that have moxy data in them in fit or gpx files instead of tcx as in your folder?

If so can you please send them to me I would like to use my software to analyze the tests rather than screen shots.

For rower will go w/o power (my Concept2 is a PM3 display )
I figure out LBP but no LT1 (with RR)

i did a Ride Again with Moxy , with a slow ramp but only have in Vo2Master file
