Big Gear Standing Starts: Neuromuscular Workout
Tuesday, 12/15 at 12:00-1:15pm Mountain Time
This workout will focus on acceleration, good form, and a strong leg drive to help build muscle strength and power. Those who attended last week’s neuromuscular training workout will feel this workout build, but anyone can benefit from today’s workout, too. We will incorporate standing pedaling efforts. We’ll pedal in a relatively large gear and use gear selection to spin from a low cadence to a high one. We’ll maintain good form and strong leg drive as we add acceleration. The goal will be maximum muscle recruitment in the lower body. Please register at least 24 hours in advance.
