Does INSCYD provide aerobic threshold?

Hello,
From reading about INSCYD testing I did not see that it provides aerobic threshold information. Maybe I missed it or misinterpreted. I have a hard time determining this threshold for base training.

It won’t give you a direct LT1 = X, but it will provide lactate accumulation charts as well as zones. Zone 2 upper limit should be LT1.

We can also now tag additional physiological metrics and even align HR values to those with the new Training Zone Builder 2.0. So normally when I work with an athlete on an INSCYD test we identify the FatMax range as a very close approximation of AerobicThreshold. The range can be wide, so if we need a specific number for it, I’ll normally go with the upper end of FatMax to start.
